    • Don’t be afraid to admit your weakness and then fill those gaps with those who are stronger. 

    So many leaders live in denial of their weaknesses. The old school of thought is that if you’re the leader you have to be the best at everything. The best leaders recognize their weakness, focus on their strength, and get someone else to help you in the weak areas.
